SKEVER PORTAL V1 — DASHBOARD + BUSINESS CORE

This update moves the portal from a visual dashboard foundation into a real Django business-core foundation.

Included:
- Real dashboard KPI counts from Django database records.
- Customer model.
- Order + OrderItem models.
- Invoice model.
- Payment model with exact method/reference uniqueness at DB level.
- Dispatch model.
- AuditEvent model.
- Django admin registrations for the new entities.
- Live order activity from database records.
- Persistent dashboard clock/calendar shell.
- Existing login/password reset/authentication preserved.

IMPORTANT DEPLOYMENT
1. Back up /home/skeversu/skever-portal-v1 before replacing files.
2. Upload this package to /home/skeversu/.
3. Extract/overwrite into the existing skever-portal-v1 application folder.
4. cPanel -> Setup Python App -> Restart.
5. Use cPanel Run Script to execute:
   python manage.py migrate
6. Open /dashboard/ and verify the dashboard loads.

Do NOT run createsuperuser. Existing Django staff credentials remain unchanged.

Database safety:
- Migration 0002 only adds the new business-core tables and does not alter the existing User table.
- Do not delete or reset db.sqlite3/MySQL tables.
- Do not run flush.

Current scope deliberately does NOT yet write to WordPress or M-Pesa. Those integrations come after the core records/workflows are validated.
